Bamboo Cheese Dining Experience





Giving the Vietnamese architect Wu Zhongyi's team in the Netherlands a taste experience of local Dutch cheese, from local to local, using sensory materials over time.

Using containers made of bamboo of different ages to hold cheeses of various ages, experiencing the taste of time in the game of Winding Stream.

Natural materials, such as stone, a tea table with flowing water, and bamboo rainsticks bringing ambient sounds, along with the wind and sunlight of the Netherlands, It is a gentle collision and fusion of cultures.
